Website & 12-Month Growth Proposal

Prepared for Travis Hodges · Confidential
7 Bridges is the brewery people already name for craft beer. This plan builds a website worthy of the rebrand, then puts your food, your taprooms and your story in front of the locals and visitors deciding where to go tonight, in both languages and in every AI answer.
Off Wix and onto a fast, bilingual platform your team can run without a developer. A real page for every taproom, every menu and every event.
A 12-month SEO and AI visibility programme aimed at the searches craft beer alone doesn't win: food, occasions and Vietnamese local discovery.
AI-assisted workflows that turn one brief into English and Vietnamese content for the site, ready to extend to Google profiles and social, with your team approving every word.
From our call with Travis. If we've got anything wrong, tell us and we'll fix it before we go any further.
Foreigners and expats will keep naming 7 Bridges for craft beer. We protect that position and don't spend your budget chasing it.
Brunch, pizza, group set menus, private events and live music are a big part of the business, and they deserve far more of the spotlight online.
Brands like Pasteur Street have leaned into the local audience. 7 Bridges less so, which makes it the biggest room to grow.
The site was built on Wix about four years ago. The new one should make menus, events and pages easy for your team to update.
Your team's gluten-free experiments got pages and content picked up by Google. Proof that useful, structured content gets found.
Workflows, distribution and agents that push content across every platform and taproom, and a bigger web presence overall.
7 Bridges has earned as many links as East West, Heart of Darkness and BiaCraft. The organic traffic doesn't follow, because a four-year-old Wix build gives Google and AI very little to rank beyond the brand name.
| Brand | Platform | Domain Rating | Organic visits / mo | Vietnamese site | Page per location |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 7 Bridges | Wix | 28 | ~138 | Partial, no separate version | Menu pages only |
| Pasteur Street | WordPress | 55 | ~931 | Full Vietnamese version | Yes |
| East West | Webflow | 30 | ~977 | No | Yes, ranking for brand + city searches |
| Heart of Darkness | Shopify | 39 | ~553 | No | One taproom page, plus reservations and events |
| BiaCraft | Custom | 27 | ~484 | Partial | App-based |
Ahrefs data pulled 15 September 2026. Visits are Ahrefs estimates, useful for comparison rather than as exact counts.
In Ahrefs' data, 7bridges.vn ranks for 16 keywords, and nearly all of them are variations of "7 Bridges". People who already know you find you. People looking for dinner, a group venue or a beer garden in Hội An mostly don't.
You have a Vietnamese menu tab, a Tiếng Việt blog category and translations under some posts. There is no Vietnamese version of the site that Google can index and rank on its own, and the navigation is English only.
None of the six taproom menu pages carry schema markup, so search engines and AI can't reliably match each venue to its city, hours, food and events. The homepage meta description only mentions Da Nang.
Your llms.txt is the Wix auto-generated version. It covers the Zero Waste Mission but says nothing about your taprooms, cities, food or the Asia Beer Championship titles.
The Vietnamese searches with real volume are about venues, food and getting friends together. No brewery website owns them yet. Google Maps profiles and local round-up articles do, so that's where the strategy points.
Ahrefs, Vietnam, pulled 15 September 2026.
For group dinners and craft beer with food in District 1, the answers we saw named East West, Pasteur Street and Heart of Darkness. You have two taprooms a short walk away.
For a Vietnamese query about where to take friends for good beer in Đà Nẵng, 7 Bridges was named, described as popular with both locals and international visitors.
Asked in Vietnamese about gluten-free beer in Vietnam, the answer named no brewery at all. The topic you've already tested in English is open in Vietnamese.
Spot checks, not a full audit. AI answers change often, so we set a proper baseline across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google in month one.
Get found for what people eat and celebrate, not only what they drink.
A true Vietnamese site and a presence where locals actually decide.
Be the name AI gives when someone asks where to go tonight.
Facebook reaches about 79 million people in Vietnam and Zalo about 78 million monthly users (DataReportal 2026). Every taproom page, menu and event we publish should be easy to find on Google and easy to share in a chat.
Your Rice Studios rebrand gave 7 Bridges a bold identity and its own Brewtura typeface. The website should feel like walking into a taproom, and work like a booking engine.
An illustrative direction, not the design. Try the EN / VI switch. The real design system starts from your brand guidelines in discovery.
A design system built from your identity: Brewtura type, photography-led layouts and bold storytelling for beer and food.
Full English and Vietnamese versions with proper language tags and Vietnamese URLs, so each language ranks on its own.
Menus, hours, events, maps, FAQs and group bookings for each of your six taprooms, written for local "near me" searches.
Brunch, pizza, set menus, private events and live music, with enquiry flows that reach the right venue.
A beer catalogue by style, with low-gluten and alcohol-free filters, and your Asia Beer Championship and Untappd wins front and centre.
Spent-grain crackers, beer vinegar and Earth Beer given a proper home, linked to every taproom and beer.
Next.js with Sanity CMS, the headless stack we used to rebuild Ski.com. Update a menu or add an event in minutes, with live preview.
Brewery, restaurant, menu, event and FAQ structured data, a rewritten llms.txt and clean entity data across both languages.
Every existing URL mapped and redirected and content carried over. Your shop and TAP7 stay as they are and link from the new site. Zero rankings lost is our standard.
Six taprooms, two languages and a stack of channels is a lot of copy and paste. We build AI-assisted workflows into your new CMS that do the heavy lifting, while your team keeps the final say.
A new seasonal, a quiz night, a menu change or a Zero Waste milestone, entered once.
Agents write English and Vietnamese versions in your voice, tailored to each taproom and channel, with structured data added.
Nothing goes live until a person at 7 Bridges signs it off. Edit, approve or send back in one place.
Ready to extend to Google profiles, Facebook, Instagram and Zalo.
Your team's gluten-free experiments showed that useful, structured content can get picked up, and the local FAQs on your menu pages are already written that way. The engine turns those one-offs into a weekly rhythm, at the quality bar your brand needs.
The website build includes the core engine: AI-assisted English and Vietnamese drafts, an approval queue and one-click publishing to the site. Connecting Google profiles, Facebook, Instagram and Zalo is scoped after launch and quoted as a fixed add-on, so you only extend it once it's proven on the site.
The top-level approach. We build the detailed playbook with your team in month one, once we can see your booking and footfall data. The retainer sets the off-page strategy each month, and execution is added when you are ready to scale.
Starting October 2026. The retainer runs alongside the build from month one, so the move off Wix is SEO-safe and the Vietnamese content is ready the day the new site launches.
Baselines come from today's data. We agree the final targets together in month one, once we've seen your bookings and footfall.
| Metric | Today | Direction by month 12 |
|---|---|---|
| Organic visits | ~138 a month, nearly all branded | Clear growth, led by food, venues and Vietnamese searches |
| Non-branded rankings | Almost none among 16 keywords | Ranking for taproom, food and occasion searches in each city |
| Vietnamese version | No separate indexable version | Full VI site with pages ranking for every taproom |
| Taproom pages with structured data | 0 of 6 | 6 of 6, plus menus and events |
| AI answers naming 7 Bridges | Baselined in month one | Named in food and venue answers in your taproom cities |
| Google profile actions | Baselined in month one | More calls, directions and bookings, tracked by taproom |
A fixed price for the website, and one monthly figure for the growth programme. Anything beyond that is quoted before work starts, never assumed.
Rolling month to month, no annual lock-in. We recommend at least 4 to 6 months for results to compound. The 12-month roadmap stays the framework.
Retainer invoiced in the third week of each month, payable by the start of the next. Same amount every month. 10% VAT applies to Vietnamese entities. Third-party costs are quoted and approved separately.
We agree the work at the start of each cycle and review it with data on the monthly call. Changes roll into the next slate, no change orders.
30 days' written notice, no exit fees. Work delivered in a paid month is yours to keep and isn't refundable.
Search and AI visibility compound. Month one lays the foundations, months two and three bring the first measurable lifts, and by months four to six it's showing up in bookings. You renew because it's working, not because a contract says so.
Crafting from Saigon since 2016, for local and international brands. We also run Saigon Scene, a guide to where the city eats and drinks, so we watch how people choose a bar and a table every week.
A full rebuild on a headless CMS, integrated with its booking engine. Fifteen projects, over $20M generated and zero rankings lost in the migration.
A platform built end to end, then grown with SEO and AI visibility. Ranks for thousands of sourcing queries and is cited by ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
Technical SEO fixes on the corporate site, then a complete rebuild of the careers platform. Now their ongoing digital and SEO partner.

"Saigon Digital transformed how Ski.com shows up online. Beyond rebuilding our platform, they helped us rethink our entire search and AI visibility strategy. We saw a significant uplift in organic traffic, our content started appearing in AI-generated travel recommendations, and the quality of inbound leads improved dramatically."Harry Peisach, CEO, Ski.com
